The new teacher evaluation can seem like a puzzle.  However, putting the pieces together seems far less daunting when you work on it together.  In this training participants will sort through the quality standards to see how they fit into Physical Education authentically.  Content and pedagogy, learning environment, effective instruction, reflection on practice and professional leadership will be addressed for each standard. A closer examination of each piece reveals how everything is interconnected; creating a big picture that represents a quality program, effective teaching practices and most importantly student growth and learning.
